Welcome to Delhi Tour Cab. By using our website, booking our services, or availing our transportation and tour services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle and service availability.
  • A booking will be considered confirmed only after confirmation from Delhi Tour Cab.
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, travel date, passenger, and contact details at the time of booking.
  • Any change in booking details should be communicated as early as possible.

2. Fares & Payments

  • Applicable fares will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, state taxes, permits, waiting time, extra kilometres, night charges, or other applicable services.
  • Any additional charges applicable to a particular booking will be payable by the customer as communicated at the time of booking or during the journey.

3. Vehicle & Driver

  • Vehicle allocation is subject to availability.
  • The vehicle model may be changed to a similar category vehicle when necessary due to operational requirements.
  • Customers are expected to cooperate with the driver and follow applicable travel and safety requirements.
  • The driver may refuse unsafe or unlawful requests.

4. Pickup & Waiting Time

  • Customers should be available at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Waiting charges may apply if the customer is unavailable beyond the applicable complimentary waiting period.
  • For airport, railway station, or other pickup services, delays should be communicated to Delhi Tour Cab as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the applicable cancellation policy and the timing of the request.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the type of booking and time of cancellation.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.

6. Travel & Route Changes

  • Travel time and routes may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, diversions, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances.
  • Delhi Tour Cab may modify the route when reasonably necessary for safety, traffic, operational, or regulatory reasons.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the journey.
  • Customers must not damage the vehicle or use the vehicle for unlawful activities.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment due to customer negligence or misuse may be recoverable from the customer.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not:

  • Carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items.
  • Engage in unlawful activities inside the vehicle.
  • Damage or misuse the vehicle.
  • Behave abusively or threateningly toward the driver or staff.

9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delhi Tour Cab shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe traffic, accidents, road closures, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Third-Party Services

Where third-party services such as hotels, guides, attractions, restaurants, or other travel facilities are included or recommended, those services may be subject to the respective provider’s terms, availability, and policies.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on www.delhitourcab.com accurate and updated. However, service descriptions, prices, vehicle availability, itineraries, and other information may change without prior notice.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use website content for unlawful purposes.

13. Privacy

Customer information provided during enquiries and bookings may be used for booking management, customer support, communication, and service-related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

Delhi Tour Cab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and may apply from the date of publication.
